Registration and Log-in Issues

Q: I am an AOL customer. I registered for your web program two days ago but I still have not received a password yet. How can I obtain my password?
A: Sometimes AOL puts our mail in a spam folder. Check with AOL requesting them to remove spam blocker from our emails. You may also call our technical support at 314-567-1634 or email us at support@dialearning.com and ask to have a confirmation letter emailed to you.

Q: I cannot log in. What should I do?
A: Check to see if you entered your correct email address and password from the confirmation email. If you have registered but have not received a confirmation letter in your email, or if you have entered the correct email and password but still cannot log in, call our technical support at 314-567-1634 or email us at support@dialearning.com.

Q: I have several email addresses. Can I use any of them to login?
A: You must use the email address that you entered when you registered for the course.

Video Issues for Online Users

Q: Why doesn't the program video play on my computer?
A: Please make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player installed on your computer.

Q: Why does video keep stopping?
A: Even with a high-speed Internet connection, there may be a lot of traffic at the peak usage times. You may want to connect at a later time.

Quiz Issues

Q: If I miss a question, do I have to retake the whole quiz?
A: No. You can retake only the missed questions.

Q: How many times am I allowed to retake a question?
A: As many times as you like until you give the correct answer.

Applying for Continuing Education Credit Issues

Q: How do I get my continuing education credits?
A: If you have indicated during the registration process you were taking the course for credit, a certificate indicating the earned credits will be sent to you via email upon completion and submission of the evaluation form.

Q: What should I do if I don't receive credits for the chapters I have completed?
A: Please call us at 314-567-1634 or send us an email explaining the problem at info@dialearning.com. We shall be able to resolve the problem quickly.

Course Evaluation Issues

Q: I completed and submitted the evaluation form and have not received my certificate.
A: If you do not receive the CEU certificate within 24 hours from the moment you submit it, please contact support@dialearning.com.
