retainable. DIA Learning has copyright permission to use readings
from: Joint Commission Resources, 2004 Hospital Accreditation
Standards; and the ASBH Core Competencies for Ethics
Consultation. The course material includes an analysis of
relevant legal implications of the topics discussed.
Finally, because of the significant legal precendents involved
in many ethical issues, a chapter or chapters are added to address
the legal implications of the program subject matter.
